• Creative Planning – A short consultation to understand and capture what you’d like for your final video and give you estimates for completion.

• File Upload & Reconciliation – Upload your files to your designated guest folder on our dropbox account.

• Creative Editing – Video editing service to bring your vision for your content to life.

• Video Reviews – Review stage so you have chances to make changes so we can be sure to get it right and your video meets your needs.

• Completion & Sign Off – After review updates have been made, we upload the final video product to your dropbox account and notify you.

How It Works

Simple! 

• Sign up to TWN Creatives, it’s quick and easy!
• We create a shared folder for you on our Dropbox account, with ‘New Orders’ and ‘Completed Orders’ subfolders.
• Upload your photo or video files to the ‘New Orders’ subfolder.
• Email your editing requirements and links to samples of what you’d to: creatives@thetwngroup.com
• Once completed, we notify you and upload the final product to the ‘Completed files are uploaded to ‘Completed Orders’ subfolder.
