- Our team sets up a secure folder for you on our Dropbox account, marked ‘New Orders’ and ‘Completed Orders’
- Upload any sample files to the ‘New Orders’ folder
- We upload your files to your ‘Completed Orders’ folder every month, on or by the due dates agreed with you
